Terms and Conditions

 

1. Entry into any hire of the facilities, shall be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. First aid will not be in attendance and that you take part wholly at your own risk.

2. The Old Manor Stables reserve the right to refuse any hire without stating the reason and all rights of admission.

​​

3. The Old Manor Stables do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, damage or illness to any person, property or animal whatsoever, or for any loss whatsoever, arising out of, or occurring at anytime. It shall be a condition of hire of the facilities that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers against any legal action whatsoever arising from any accident. Everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions from The Old Manor Stables​

4. All hire fees must be paid for in full prior to hiring the facilities.​

​

5. A £15 administration fee will be payable on any outstanding accounts or dishonoured cheques, plus interest.​

​​

6. All horses and ponies hiring the facilities must be fully vaccinated against equine flu.

​​

7. All bookings are non refundable.

​​

8. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE OLD MANOR STABLES, NO EXCEPTION !

9. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR  ARENAS OR STABLE YARDS AT ANY TIME.

10. No abusive, deemed rude or loud behaviour will be tolerated under any circumstance, said person/person's will be asked to leave or banned from The Old Manor Stables.

11. Any individual seen to be causing distress or suffering to any animal will be asked to leave and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

​​

12. BRITISH STANDARD APPROVED HARD HATS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED.

13. Full and correct attire must be worn by all riders/handlers when at The Old Manor Stables.

 

​​14. Horses and/or ponies must not be left unattended at any time when tied outside Horseboxes or trailers.

​

15. No horse and/or pony may be lunged in any arena of The Old Manor. 

 

​​16. Anyone visiting are requested, prior to leaving, to clean up any droppings or hay, straw or shavings around their horsebox/trailer and to dispose of these at home.

​​

17. The Old Manor Stables reserves the right to alter a booking at any time without prior notice.

​​

18. All persons entering onto The Old Manor Stables by virtue of admission agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

​​19.All stallions must be identified by wearing an appropriate ribbon in their tail and rider/handlers must be 14 years and over.

 

​​20. After much thought and consideration please note the following ~

* Due to a a serious incident horses and ponies are no longer allowed to be left unattended outside trailers or horseboxes at any time while at The Old Manor Stables. No haynets to be tied outside of vehicles. All muck must be taken home with you or use equipment supplied to clear away your horses dropping. Many thanks in your help with this matter. Here at The Old Manor Stables we aim to offer a clean and tidy but mainly safe environment for all our competitors.

FINALLY PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR VEHICLES ARE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES.
